Gregg A. D’Ascanio

As founder of Bridge Commercial Real Estate Group, Gregg D’Ascanio is a Broker of Record and a licensed real estate agent in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware. Gregg entered the commercial real estate profession over 25 years ago and has a passion for real estate in the Tri-State Region. Gregg’s client base includes both locally based companies and Fortune 500 firms.

Gregg’s primary focus is to provide comprehensive, multi-disciplined real estate advisory services to businesses and institutions, with a focus on Tenant Representation. His responsibilities include advising tenants on occupancy strategies and solutions; needs analysis and site selections; lease or purchase negotiations; lease renewals, restructurings, relocations; and corporate advisory services. 

Gregg has earned his client’s trust and confidence through his ability to clearly define the project scope and strategy, as well as to execute and deliver results that outperform the market. Over his career, Gregg has completed over 620 transactions and assignments with a total volume in excess of $850 Million.

Prior to founding Bridge Commercial Real Estate Group, Gregg was a Partner with Blackmore Realty Group, a privately owned and managed full-service commercial real estate firm headquartered in Chadds Ford, PA. During his 17 years with Blackmore Realty Group, Gregg completed over 500 transactions totaling more than 12 million square feet.

Originally from Philadelphia, PA, Gregg and his family currently reside in Malvern, PA. Outside of his industry involvement with the Commercial Real Estate Community, Gregg enjoys spending time with his wife, their three children and their dog Molly. He is a member of Wayne Presbyterian Church and the Italian American Club of Wayne. Gregg holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Kutztown University, with a major in International Business.
